Application

  1. Stir the silicone well before use.
  2. Pour the silicone and the desired amount of hardening agent into a clean bucket with the help of a precision scale.
  3. Mix the hardening agent and silicone thoroughly in a bucket with the help of a mixer, spatula or stick until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Scrape the sides and bottom of the bucket thoroughly so that the hardener and silicone are fully mixed.
  4. During the mixing process and to get rid of the air bubbles formed as a result of the reaction, the air of the product should be removed with a vacuum machine.
  5. Discharge the deaerated mixture from a single point of the mold at a constant speed, accurately and regularly, thus minimizing the formation of air bubbles during casting.
  6. Silicone freezes at room temperature in 6-12 hours. But for best results, leave it for 24 hours. After the silicone freezes in the specified time, the support molds are removed. When leaving the silicone mold from the model, it should be removed without using sharp and pointed tools.
