Advantages

- After the mold release agent is applied, it clings to the mold very strongly (it forms a chemical bond). Since there is a strong bond between the product and the mold, any gaps, fisheyes, bleeds, etc., during the gelcoat process. There is no question of encountering problems.
- Makes the process of separating from the mold very easy.
- Since our products are silicone-free, they can be painted without the need for sanding after demoulding.
Marbocote Mould Cleaner
- It is used to purify and clean the mold from dirty surfaces.
- When applying the product, it is applied in such a way that wetness can be seen on the mold. After cleaning the solvent dirt, wiping with a dry cloth should be applied.
- Only 1 coat is applied. (deletion should be done well after applying)
Marbocote Mould Sealer
- It is used to give shine and strength to the mold, it acts as a Sealer.

While applying the product, it is applied in such a way that the product can be seen on the mold, the spread process must be applied within 1 minute.

2 coats should be applied, wiping should be done well.

It is necessary to wait an average of 10-15 minutes between coat applications.

Marbocote Releasing Agent (Fastcote, 227CEE, PK4, etc.)
- Used as a mold release agent, generally used for on all types of non porous molds such as steel, aluminum and composite and will release gel coated glass reinforced polyester (GRP), vinyl ester, phenolic or epoxy components.
