Marbocote 625X is applied in a similar manner to a liquid wax combining ease

Marbocote MC-P3 can be applied on all types of molds such as steel, aluminum, glass, polyester, epoxy and polyurethane and will release natural and synthetic rubbers, epoxy, polyester, vinyl ester and phenolic resins. DOES NOT release isocyanate based polyurethane (PU) resins. However, Marbocote MC-P3 can be used as a mould primer for PU providing a suitable top-coat release agent is used.

Marbocote MPW10 is an environmentally safe water based primer/sealer that has been formulated to be applied and cured at room temperature. Marbocote MPW10 produces a hard, durable high gloss film chemically bonded to the mould surface.

Recommended Uses :
MPW10 is specifically developed for the re-surfacing and sealing of poor quality composite moulds. Its rust inhibiting properties also means it can be used as a protective coating on a mild steel moulds (for example in the rubber & tyre industry) whilst the mould is in storage. MPW10 should be applied by wipe, brush or spray to moulds immediately after cleaning.
