Marbocote CFMR Primer/Sealer

Product Description : Marbocote CFMR is an environmentally safe water based primer/sealer that has been formulated to be applied and cured at room temperature. Marbocote CFMR produces a hard, durable high gloss film chemically bonded to the mould surface.
Recommended Uses : CFMR is specifically developed for the re-surfacing and sealing of poor quality composite moulds. Its rust inhibiting properties also means it can be used as a protective coating on a mild steel moulds (for example in the rubber & tyre industry) whilst the mould is in storage. CFMR should be applied by wipe, brush or spray to moulds immediately after cleaning.

Marbocote W636

Product Description : Marbocote W636 is an environmentally safe water based semi–permanent release agent that produces a durable film capable of giving many releases before re-application is necessary and will not contaminate the released surface.
Recommended Uses : W636 is specifically developed for specialist rubber applications e.g. HNBR, Chlorinated, Sulphonated where high slip is required and will release all types of natural and synthetic rubber. W636 is also capable of releasing other thermosets and all thermoplastics (such as in rotational moulding) providing a heat cure can be achieved.

Product Description : Marbocote W1240 is an environmentally safe water based semi–permanent release agent that has been formulated to be applied at room temperature. When heat cured it produces a durable film capable of giving many releases before re-application is necessary and will not contaminate the released surface. It can be applied at any temperature from ambient to 200°C.
Recommended Uses : W1240 is specifically developed for the release of rotational moulded plastics and reinforced composites including those based on epoxy, polyester and phenolic resins. W1240 is also used as a mould release / protective coating for moulds after cleaning in the rubber & tyre industry.

Recommended Uses : W2494 can be applied on all types of non porous molds such as steel, aluminum and composite and will release epoxy, polyester and phenolic resins and rubbers (Including NBR, HNBR, Chloroprene, EPDM etc).

Product Description : Marbocote W8001 is a semi-permanent, water-based release agent for both FRP and Advanced Composites moulding. It is suitable for all varieties of moulding techniques and moulding materials. Marbocote CO W8001 provides low transfer of the product to the released part, and it is designed to be applied from room temperature, up to 200°C/424°F.

Product Description : Marbocote WC36 is an environmentally safe water based semi–permanent release agent concentrate. WC36 can be diluted up to 5 parts water to 1 part product. The diluted final product produces a durable film capable of giving many releases before re-application is necessary and will not contaminate the released surface.
